Very friendly and low pressure customer service, I bought a 2018 manual Subaru Impreza from here, and when I first replied to the Facebook listing they were quick to offer photos of the damage pre-repair and provide me with more info. Mohamed was incredibly helpful with the sale, recommending financing options and explaining their process, he immediately offered me the keys to check the car out, and recommended I have a mechanic come out to verify the car was in good condition. Because of the broker model, they also had no incentive to upsell the car which made the transaction really easy, and were instead selling on the behalf of a repair shop.There was one issue with the title transfer paperwork that prompted me to have to come back in, as well as some issues with the car, which is why I'm only leaving 4 stars (would leave 4.5 if possible), but I don't think it's the experience most people will have and I would definitely still shop here againRegarding the car, it was detailed and in nice condition, they had the tank filled and got it washed for me. The only problems I've had were as follows, and fairly nitpicky:- Rear control arm snapped shortly after the purchase, during the test drive this wasn't felt, I can't blame them/the shop they were working with, and it was an easy enough fix- Left side mirror won't adjust out properly- Very minor exterior damage- One side fog light trim piece popped out- Small bits of trim missing in interior, nothing really noticable- Some interior part replacements that I don't believe were standard for this model, but this is super ambiguous

I bought my Vehicle. They were so helpful. I drove from two hours away. I thought I heard something that didn’t sound right. They told me to bring it back in. They’ll let the mechanic check it. Everything has been great. I will buy again

I had a very great experience with brokers and sellers. Zain helped me all along starting buying my 2024 Chevy Trax which was rebuilt very well. When my A/C went out the warranty process was a very easy, I was kept up to date with regular phone calls and even a loner car for my convenience. Jay the mechanic was also very great walking me through all of the details of the repair. Couldn’t say enough good things about brokers and sellers. They made very process very easy and would definitely recommend them.

I purchased my first Buick Enclave here 5 years ago and was very satisfied with the price and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for.Price was fair and Victor was great to work with, everyone there is! Last year I decided I was ready for a upgrade and went to test drive one ,I didn't purchase that one but I told him that I was definitely going to buy my next one there and I could wait until they got exactly what I wanted as far as options.I check the website regularly and they recently had what I was looking for, I like all the bells and whistles so I went to look at it and did purchase it and price was great and I am very happy with my purchase..I won't buy one anywhere else and I live East of Toledo so about a hour drive but definitely worth it!! I purchased a 2024 Enclave AWD I am so happy with it!!

I was ready to take one of the vehicles home when Ron spotted and pointed out a defect on the body that I had missed. He offerd to fix it at my convenience. We bought a 2014 Honda Civic that was a true deal. you have got to go into it knowing your buying a vehicle that has been damaged and repaired... and your insurance company likely would not offer you full value on should you total it out again, but hey.... the savings can make it work the potential risk. Service from Ali and Zain was great. The vehicle was clean and ready for as we arrived and the process was painless.... the big question... would I buy from them again, YES.
